Few guitarists can achieve the sounds that Wayne Krantz gets out of his instrument. Employing a full array of effects and pedals, his tone can change on a dime, but always sounds like a million bucks. In stately concert halls to dingy New York City bars, Krantz’ playing always adds the right touch. His new album, Howie 61, is his first to feature a strong lead vocal presence and marks a new highlight in Krantz’ career. This show will feature a trio of longtime drummer Keith Carlock and Nate Wood on bass.
