Ellington Awards “We Love You Madly”

This year we acknowledge and thank two couples for their passionate commitment to Kuumbwa Jazz. Cathy Conley and Bill Merikallio make it possible for students on a shoestring budget to attend our concerts by giving an annual and very generous donation to the 1/2 price Night for Students. They are helping to ensure that jazz musician are reaching a broader, enthusiastic audience. Sharon Hale and Harry Harrington have steadily deepened their commitment through regular concert sponsorships and most recently giving a generous donation to the beverage bar improvements. They are making it possible to bring more world-class musicians to town and to keep our audiences thirst for premium wine, beer and jazz always satisfied. We love you madly Cathy and Bill, Sharon and Harry!
