The City of Santa Cruz is pleased to announce that the Arana Gulch Multi-Use Trail Project dedication and ribbon-cutting will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Frederick Street entrance to Hagemann Gulch Bridge.
