Since 2001, Kuumbwa’s MASTER CLASS SERIES: ADVENTURES IN JAZZ EDUCATION has brought prominent musicians to present a hands-on, educational workshop for musicians and music lovers. Past presenters have included Ray Brown, Paul Contos, Smith Dobson, Mimi Fox, Murray Low, Mike Marshall, and Claudia Villela. The class is offered six times per year, at no cost to the public.
