Widely regarded by fans and musicians alike as one of the 20th century’s most prominent guitarists, Allan Holdsworth is one of a handful of musicians who has consistently proven himself as an innovator in both the worlds of jazz and rock. Born in Bradford, England, Holdsworth cut his teeth in the British jazz scene before going stateside to work with Tony Williams, Stanley Clarke and the Brecker Brothers, aside from his countless studio credits on progressive rock classics. His current trio features Jimmy Haslip on bass and Virgil Donati on drums, together playing works from throughout his storied career.
