Ellington Awards

Since 2005, Kuumbwa Jazz has honored individuals whose long-standing support has significantly contributed to the organization’s well being.  Like Duke Ellington wrote, we like to let them know that we “Love You Madly” by presenting them with an Ellington Award. Recipients are awarded a beautiful, personalized plaque, on-stage prior to a concert by Kuumbwa’s Board of Trustees President and Artistic Director.
